Zmags webinars focus on digital collateral
Zmags has announced the next two instalments in its webinar series designed to help marketers transition from print to digital collateral.
In the first webinar - entitled 'How Marketers Can Market More Efficiently with Digital Edition' - on 19 May 2009, marketing industry writer and consultant Scott Gerschwer of Outputlinks will explore the reasons why more marketers are choosing to bypass print and create digital collateral.
He will describe the factors driving this shift, and educate attendees on: the steps required to transform print collateral into the digital realm; the cost difference between print and digital collateral production; and how to leverage the digital format to create the most compelling customer experience without breaking the bank.
He will also consider how to leverage analytics such as reader behaviour in order to improve digital collateral.
The 'Digital Catalogues: Expand Your Audience, Cut Your Costs and Benefit from E-Commerce' on 2 June 2009 features Bill Kitchen of E-com Partners, who will describe how successful multi-channel marketers are using digital catalogues to drive revenue, cut costs and expand their reach.
Using case studies, Kitchen will present advice such as: how to convert existing print catalogues to digital format; adding interactivity to digital catalogues; tying digital catalogues to e-commerce systems; how to get customers to open and ship with digital catalogues; and how to leverage customer profiles and history to drive more online sales.
Zmags has also launched a five-part series of educational webinars intended to help customers get the most out of their Zmags' investments.
Upcoming sessions include: 'Getting Started with Zmags'; 'How to Create and Edit a Zmag'; and 'Using Zmags Rich Media and Advanced Customisation'.
