Wyboston Lakes has created Eventsbroker, an online events booking tool that enables clients to manage their events from enquiry stage to confirmation.
The booking tool is designed to assist corporate clients and agencies through the entire reservation process.
Eventsbroker allows agents and corporates to view, edit and confirm bookings and check the contract and invoice details from initial enquiry to execution.
The software, developed in-house, allows companies and businesses to build their own profile and submit as many event accounts as necessary.
Additionally, the system categorises by employee name and their level of involvement with each project, speeding up the booking process and reducing the amount of time spent co-ordinating an event.
