Lancs agency focuses on expansion

Workhouse Creative Marketing is to erect a building to provide a photographic studio, office, storage, disabled WC, changing facility and prop building area at its site in Preston.

Workhouse Creative Marketing is a full service marketing agency currently in its 15th year and employing 20 staff.

It provides marketing and creative services to businesses all over the UK.

The company is set to expand with the introduction of a new photographic studio, which will create three new jobs and allow the company to offer additional services to its clients.

Workhouse Marketing Managing Director Mark Jones commented: "The new drive-in studio will allow us to offer a much greater range of photographic options in-house.

"It will be large enough for us to build and photograph kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms, there is a significant prop-building area and changing facilities for models.

"We'll be able to offer top-quality photography for use in national press, magazines, brochures, websites and for PR purposes.

"It is hoped that building will commence early in 2008.

"This expansion is part of our ongoing plan to create a centre of marketing and creative excellence here in the Ribble Valley," said Jones.
