A WIN product story
Edited by the Marketingweek Marketplace editorial team Nov 26, 2009

WIN has announced the launch of Enterprise Communicator, a web-based mobile customer relationship management (CRM) communications platform for businesses.

Enterprise Communicator has been designed to help its corporate customers communicate more effectively with field service teams, branch offices and customers.

The platform will help WIN's customers build interactive marketing campaigns, promotions and competitions and incorporates a range of features to measure campaign effectiveness.

Enterprise Communicator will help the company's corporate customers interact with their own customers or staff using text messaging, multimedia messaging, voice push, e-mail and other mobile communications services, to relay information such as stock updates, delivery information, renewals or payment reminders.

The web-based interface can also draw information direct from CRM systems either manually or automatically via ftp, and can use this information intelligently to communicate a host of service or support information.

Enterprise Communicator's web interface makes for easy management and the platform is compatible with any CRM system that can handle Excel or CSV file formats.

Automation is provided through the use of ftp.

Because it is web-based there are no large capital costs upfront for customers switching to Enterprise Communicator or from WIN's previous Enterprise Manager platform.

Enterprise Communicator also provides management with vital feedback on campaign success and allows the building of large databases of customers with opt-in support for further campaigns.
