Webcredible conducts Avery site usability testing

A Webcredible product story
Edited by the Marketingweek Marketplace editorial team May 13, 2010

Webcredible has been selected by Avery Dennison for a usability testing project on the Avery Brand and Print website.

The project is designed to identify where Avery Brand and Print can upgrade the user experience of its website on key user journeys right through from the search engine to purchasing a product, with a view to improving conversion rates on the website.

Avery's Brand and Print service is designed to make it easy for businesses and consumers to design products online, order in the quantities they want and get them delivered when they want them.

The work with Webcredible is designed to help optimise the user experience of this buying process.

Webcredible's usability testing will consist of eight participants performing various tasks on the Avery Brand and Print website.

The participants will be a mixture of consumers and small businesses and intermediate and heavy internet users.

Analysis and recommendations will then be communicated to Avery Dennison, based on the results.
