Met Office selects Webcredible usability testing

A Webcredible product story
Edited by the Marketingweek Marketplace editorial team Feb 3, 2010

Webcredible has been appointed by the Met Office for a usability testing project on its website.

The project will focus on the new interactive weather-mapping system, assessing the usability of this and offering recommendations on how the user experience can be improved.

Given the interactive functionality of the weather-mapping system on the website, the user experience is especially crucial.

Webcredible's usability testing will consist of eight participants, three weather experts and five members of the public, performing various tasks on the weather-mapping section of the website.

Analysis and recommendations on the user experience will then be communicated to the Met Office, based on the results.
