Digital marketing agency Web Liquid has partnered with web development agency Reactive Media as the second in a series of collaborations with specialist partners.

The tie-up, which will enable Reactive Media to provide Web Liquid with expert web development and usability skill sets, forms part of an ongoing strategy by Web Liquid to collaborate with 'best of breed' specialist partners where skills are not provided in-house It follows last month's announcement of a partnership with search agency iSpy

David Shiell, founding partner and managing director, Web Liquid, said: "Part of our success has been in knowing how to dial in and out different specialisations where required.

"In a way we are developing an ego-free 'collective' of specialised agencies that collaborate where required then disengage to focus back on their own individual channels.

"This allows us to provide transparent, expert services to clients at a reasonable price, while also compete against larger agency networks".

Reactive Media, whose clients have included British Airways and STA Travel, has already worked with Web Liquid on a number of UK projects, most recently usability and site design for travel site XL.com.

Shiell added: "Reactive's technical knowledge, strong track record in the travel sector and experience in working on social media development projects made them our number one choice as a key partner.

"They are a highly talented, passionate and incredibly nice group of people.

"We have found through a number of integrated projects that collaborating with them is both simple and rewarding for all those involved, and we look forward to working with them more closely in the future now that an agreement has been formalised".

Tim O'Neill, managing director, UK, at Reactive Media, said: "We are very excited about working with Web Liquid, and benefiting from their skill sets in the same way that they can benefit from ours.

"We have a similar work culture and ethos, and share valuable experience with clients in the travel sector and beyond".
