Fabric face light box ideal for indoor displays
W and Co has introduced a range of LED fabric face, frameless, large-format light boxes.
Using the light box, businesses can achieve super-size graphics for indoor applications - for example, a wall in a shop can have one continuous illuminated graphic along it with no heavy acrylic panels needed, just one stretchy fabric print.
The fabric that the graphic is printed on is made from a flexible material that enables it to be stretched taut over the face of the light box.
The fabric face light box also offers easy graphics change - the fabric graphic has silicon edges sewn on that simply push into the aluminium profile around the sides of the back box.
Fabric prints can be sent to store in a small package and any creases come out when stretched out and fitted.
W and Co said another benefit of fabric face light boxes is that they are frameless and offer a complete edge-to-edge graphic area, maximising the impact of the graphic on the customer.
There is no metal frame at the front of the display and there is also less box depth.
There are 40mm and 100mm depth options available - these are front loading and can be completely recessed, which W and Co said is aesthetically superior as well as space saving.
The graphic is printed onto fire-retardant fabric using a high-quality dye sublimation process, which enables the graphic to stretch as the fabric stretches.
It does not suffer from the glare of shop lights as it has a non-reflective finish and can even be washed if required.
The fabric material has a diffuser backing to ensure the light is spread evenly across the graphic.
The lighting for this display is backlit and can be generated using either traditional fluorescent tubes or energy efficient LEDs.
