ArchimedesVM is web based, and allows local managers to professionally customise and prepare print-ready leaflets, brochures and press advertisements, while ensuring their company's brand image remains consistent - and without incurring design agency costs A franchisee, for example, could select a master advert created by its parent group and choose from a selection of pre-approved pictures, key phrases and sales offers to generate a print-ready PDF for their local newspaper

Web-based creative solution for franchise groups
ArchimedesVM is an online template-based system that allows customisation of marketing materials by authorised users, and the good news is that it's all up and running.
The user's local data - contact, address information and so on - populates automatically.
Brand features such as colours, typefaces and size are "locked" so they cannot be altered without authority even when creating free text.
ArchimedesVM also features full reporting tools, which monitor users' marketing budgets and can update head office in real time.
The system, which is web based, offers big advantages particularly for the franchise market where managing and distributing multiple versions of new ads and campaigns can be expensive and time consuming.
WBH director Glenn Wynsor commented: "ArchimedesVM really comes into its own when a business has multiple outlets or offices; even at this early stage we have had huge interest from companies looking to maximise and streamline their marketing processes very cost effectively".
