Visual Sciences extends European certification
Visual Sciences (formerly WebSideStory), a provider of real-time analytics applications, has expanded its Certified Professional Program to key target markets in Europe.
First previewed to Visual Sciences' European partners in Amsterdam last month, the new programme allows customers and partners to receive in-depth training and certification on Visual Sciences' real-time analytics applications.
Structured by levels of role-based and product-specific training, the programme culminates in certification as a Certified Analyst, Certified Architect or Certified Solution Consultant.
In addition to certification, the programme's options provide participants with multiple benefits, including access to Visual Sciences Technology Platform 5, HBX Analytics or Visual Site "sandbox" systems that enable real-world, on-demand skills practice; high-level help from Visual Sciences' consulting experts; and full access to the company's technical support services, among others.
"With the launch of the Certified Professional Program, Visual Sciences made a substantial investment in client and partner education," said Jim MacIntyre, Visual Sciences' chief executive officer.
"We are very pleased to be able to expand this to our European customers and partners to help them build their knowledge and expertise in our range of real-time analytics solutions.
"By providing our European partners and clients with region-specific versions of this new programme we have underscored Visual Sciences' commitment to these key markets".
"This roll-out in Europe will ensure these markets have access to the best educational curriculum to enable them to leverage all of the capabilities within the Visual Sciences' products, and reap the full set of technology and business benefits available to them," said Bob Chatham, Visual Sciences' senior vice president, education.
