Vibrant Media wins European Seal of E-Excellence
Vibrant Media, the world's leading provider of in-text advertising, and a premier provider of contextual video advertising, has been awarded the Gold European Seal of E-Excellence.
The European Seal of E-Excellence distinguishes digital media companies with an excellent track record in innovation marketing.
Vibrant Media is among 11 winners of the Gold Award out of hundreds of applications, sharing the spotlight with companies such as Nokia.
Vibrant Media has continued to innovate and expand its in-text advertising offerings, most recently with the launch of Vibrant Video in 2006.
Since its debut, Vibrant Video has attracted advertisers such as Microsoft, Apple, Warner Brothers and HP and has the ability to deliver over 250 million video ads per month across the internet.
These ads are highly targeted and the user controls the advertising experience.
Vibrant In-Text Advertising is only delivered when a user mouse's over a double-underlined word or phrase of interest within relevant web content.
Vibrant Media combines the targeting and measurability of contextual advertising with the brand impact of an audio/video advertising experience.
Vibrant In-Text Advertising campaigns currently run across 1,600 publishers worldwide in ten different languages.
"Our Seal winners are very successful companies that understand the importance of producing for a market," said Philippe Wacker, secretary general of the European Multimedia Forum.
"This attention to marketing is what we intend to highlight by distinguishing them with a Seal of Excellence.
"Our winners are successful and, as such, are natural job creators".
"With more than 70 million unique users across the internet and over 1,600 publishers worldwide, Vibrant Media is a leader in online advertising, providing a large-scale and effective way for brand advertisers to capitalise on contextually relevant video advertising inventory", said Doug Stevenson, CEO of Vibrant Media.
"We're honoured that the EMMAC and E-Accelerator recognise our pioneering role in both contextual advertising and branded video distribution, and see 2007 as the year of widespread adoption and continued advancement.".
