Vibrant hires BSkyB chief for European
push
Vibrant Media, the world's leading provider of in-text advertising and a premier provider of contextual video advertising, has appointed Scott Deutrom as European sales director.
Scott Deutrom will be responsible for expanding Vibrant Media's footprint across Europe through growing business in its current operating markets and capitalising on opportunities in new European markets Deutrom brings extensive knowledge of the online media marketplace to Vibrant Media, having spent 10 years at Sky Media, the media sales arm of BSkyB, most recently as head of online and commercial partnerships
Before joining Sky Media, Deutrom held senior roles at leading agencies including associate director at MediaVest and TV buying director for MEC.
In his new role, Deutrom will work to grow business with existing accounts as well as focus on new geographic markets for development.
Currently, Vibrant Media holds offices in New York, San Francisco, London, Hamburg and Paris and provides contextual video and in-text advertising in 10 different languages.
Additionally, Deutrom will leverage both his and Vibrant Media's relationships with key pan-European agencies and large brand advertisers to expand business.
