Marketers happy with career choice

In a survey of over 200 professionals employed in marketing, over 85 per cent stated that they were happy to be working in the industry, though many would like a change of employer.

Most of the marketing professionals questioned in the survey conducted by Unity Personnel were so happy with their career choice that they said they want to stay in marketing for the next ten years, illustrating a real commitment to this growing sector.

However, the survey found that marketing professionals are often looking for a change in direction, with almost 27 per cent looking for a new role with better prospects.
