Coremetrics drives conversions at Virgin Holidays

Coremetrics has been selected by Virgin Holidays to drive conversions and bookings and increase average transaction values.

The deal includes Coremetrics Analytics and Coremetrics Explore.

Coremetrics Analytics will provide Virgin Holidays with accurate, actionable data on online customer behaviour, website performance and marketing effectiveness, enabling the tour operator to continually monitor and fine-tune its digital campaigns.

Virgin Holidays will use Coremetrics Explore, an ad-hoc reporting tool, to better understand their customers' behaviour and to build marketing programmes that address its needs.

Explore's customisable reports will enable Virgin Holidays to analyse and optimise marketing programmes to ensure a quality online experience for every customer, on every device.
