Tradedoubler has been appointed by Singapore Airlines to manage its affiliate programme in the UK and Ireland.

The airline aims to boost its internet presence and sales in the increasingly competitive travel market through Tradedoubler's affiliate network.

Working with Tradedoubler, Singapore Airlines intends to develop a sophisticated online strategy to target consumers and maintain brand awareness in smarter and more cost-effective ways.

Recognising the important role that affiliates play in attracting traffic, Singapore Airlines will partner with key publisher sites, reallocating budgets to a cost-per-acquisition model, in order to better contain costs and maximise profits.
