TradeDoubler gives Body Shop affiliate makeover
TradeDoubler, the pan-European digital marketing company, has been appointed by The Body Shop to exclusively manage its affiliate marketing programme in the UK.
The new contract will see The Body Shop expand its existing affiliate programme by migrating current activity from the Affiliate Window network to TradeDoubler.
As part of a focussed online drive, The Body Shop will also be running a number of display advertising and lead generation campaigns through TradeDoubler's ad network, complementary to its affiliate activity.
Utilising TradeDoubler's full range of performance based services means publishers will be rewarded per click, per unique visitor or per sale, ensuring enhanced programme performance in terms of earnings per click and incremental sales revenue.
David McQueen Johnston, eCommerce director at The Body Shop, said: "We chose TradeDoubler for the quality of programme it is able to offer, and the scale that is achievable through its network across Europe.
"The range of digital marketing services it could offer in tandem with the affiliate programme means we will be able to work with a more diverse selection of affiliates and was instrumental to the decision to switch from Affiliate Window".
Mike Glegg, sales director at TradeDoubler, commented: "We are delighted to be working with The Body Shop on such an important part of its marketing strategy.
"The Body Shop is a trusted brand and we want to build on its success.
"With a decade of experience in affiliate marketing, we are consistently finding more innovative ways to deliver new services that add value to our clients, and we look forward to a successful programme for The Body Shop throughout the UK".
