How to write copy that really sells: discover how to write effective copy that connects and sells in today's tough marketplace at Andy Owens's fast-paced session crammed with good and bad examples.

Recognition - what can it achieve for my organisation: Julian Bazley of Maritz presents the business case for values-based recognition.
