TMP broadcasts graduate recruitment ad on Spotify

TMP Worldwide has created a recruitment advertisement for Jaguar Land Rover that has been broadcast at online digital music service Spotify to attract graduates.

The company has been appointed by Jaguar Land Rover as part of an ongoing project to develop a creative and targeted recruitment communications programme to attract candidates to its graduate scheme.

The Spotify advertisement will direct applicants to the Jaguar Land Rover careers website, also created by TMP.

The site features interviews with current Jaguar Land Rover graduate employees, and a virtual crash course in company culture, values and vision.
