Event to promote vital role of marketing
The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) is to hold a 'Marketing Experience' at its Moor Hall head office in Cookham, Berkshire, on 14-15 May 2009.
The Marketing Experience will feature eight seminar sessions over the two days, including sessions on marketing's vital role in a recession, how to engage employees, and how to deliver excellent customer service.
Attendees will also have access to free advice from 'Train to Gain' advisers and free legal advice on marketing issues.
The aim of the event is to help local businesses learn more about marketing and how they can use it more effectively, and to showcase the range of support and training the CIM offers.
