CIM announces Brady as conference keynote speaker
The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) has announced that Karen Brady, managing director of Birmingham City, will be the keynote speaker at its Annual National Conference.
The CIM event, entitled 'Marketing in Challenging Times' is set to take place on 11 November 2008 at the Crown Plaza hotel in Birmingham, UK.
It is designed to be a fast-track educational day that gives businesses of any size practical help to survive and thrive now that the Non-Inflationary, Consistently Expansionary (Nice) decade is over.
The CIM's Annual National Conference will examine four key areas: digital marketing, sustainability, segmentation, and employee engagement.
It will demonstrate that by analysing, anticipating and addressing changes to their markets and customers, marketers can better prepare and guide their organisations through the considerable challenges facing UK businesses.
