The CAM Diploma in Marketing Communications gets a big boost with the launch of a new website that makes life much easier for students.

The camfoundation.com site strengthens the CAM Foundation's move to raise the standard of its Diploma, while making it easier for students looking to get a specialised marketing communications qualification In 2000 the Foundation joined forces with The Chartered Institute of Marketing to work towards ensuring the quality of CAM qualifications for marketing communication practitioners

The move reaffirmed the profile of the CAM Diploma as a credible, professional qualification.

The new website now links directly to The Chartered Institute of Marketing's website, not only reinforcing the links between the two organisations but allowing much easier navigation and registration for students.

"I'm really pleased with our new site - it has a fresh and professional feel and it really ups our level of communication with marcomms professionals," said Maria Zinopoulou, CAM's director of education.

"It's a site worthy of the Diploma's new higher profile".

The CAM Diploma is tailored to meet the specific needs of marketing communication professionals and is aimed at providing practical insight into the main methods of business and consumer communication.

It offers students an opportunity to explore a wide range of topics and to gain understanding of how different elements of marketing communications interrelate.

The majority of CAM tutors are marketing communication practitioners, which ensures the Diploma remains industry focused.

Founded in 1970, the Communication Advertising and Marketing (CAM) Education Foundation has been educating professionals in the marketing communications industry for more than 30 years and has over 9,000 graduates.

It is an industry led and nationally recognised educational body that acts as the glue between the various disciplines of the communication industry.

Graduates include chairmen, directors and senior staff of major advertising agencies, PR consultancies and industry groups.
