Black Hole identifies valuable digital

The Black Hole's newly appointed head of digital, Michael Stewart, wants businesses to maximise the web's opportunities by combining traditional marketing methods with new technologies But, with usage of the internet evolving faster than ever, it is getting harder and harder for businesses to keep abreast of what it could do for them
Stewart, who joined the agency in June, is rapidly expanding the use of digital media alongside traditional direct marketing methods, to make sure the agency's clients get the benefit.
His 10 years' experience in digital media includes working with brands such as Heinz, ASDA, Homepride, Royal and Sun Alliance, British Energy and establishing JDA's digital division.
The Black Hole uses response-focused digital marketing, management of digital reputation and a brand's participation in online conversations to help convince customers to act and consistently choose a brand.
