Potato firm aims to make branding count
The Real Potato Co aims to be an innovative direct-to-consumer brand set to inject excitement back into the potato category with its fresh, contemporary market appeal.
Branston, the UK supplier of quality fresh potatoes, has created new brand, The Real Potato Co, which will initially launch within 250 Tesco stores around the country with two exclusive varieties of potato new to the UK market - Bellini and Piccolo Developed in collaboration with leading design and brand consultants, The Real Potato Co's packaging represents a fundamental departure from the current offer in UK supermarkets
Injecting visual excitement back into fresh produce aisles with its striking purple and red colour palettes, the brand's packaging has been designed to capture the attention of a contemporary audience looking for fresh, innovative ideas to spice up their potato dishes.
The Real Potato Co's contemporary appeal is also reinforced online, with the brand's new website illustrating The Real Potato Co's passion for potatoes and its desire to reignite consumers' interest in the food group through its new and interesting product lines.
