Cats Protection builds relations with
adopters
Cat charity Cats Protection is taking proactive measures to build relationships with cat adopters and recruit new donors with the launch of a welcome pack.
TDA has created the pack which will be sent to those who adopt a cat from the charity The objective is three-fold: to thank them for their support, provide further details about Cats Protection and encourage a one-off or regular donation
Various response devices will be included - such as a questionnaire and a request form for information leaflets - as well as a housewarming present for the cat of a toy mouse.
Recipients are also asked how often they would like the charity to communicate with them in the future and through which channels.
"Cat adopters play an important role in helping us achieve our vision," said Janet Wickens, Head of Fundraising and Communications at Cats Protection.
"They clearly love cats but do not necessarily know much about our work.
"We want to develop a lasting relationship on their terms and communicate the scope and scale of what we do".
"The welcome pack perfectly expresses Cats Protection's brand personality," said Clare Siddall, Account Director at TDA.
"It is caring, professional and fun, offering practical advice and encouraging future support".
