TAAP drives data capture at motor show

A TAAP product story
Edited by the Marketingservicestalk editorial team Jul 30, 2008

Exhibitors at this year's British International Motor Show will be equipped with TAAP's real-time mobile data capture technology to enable faster collection of information.

The technology allows exhibitors to upload and have real-time correspondence with potential clients.

Information is collected on PDAs and through an internet connection can be routed from the event to a company's back office system without human intervention.

According to TAAP, the technology improves customer service, increases sales and brand awareness and promotes a greener environment alleviating the need for a large paper trail.

The British International Motor Show 2008, held at ExCel, London, is expected to attract over half a million visitors, with TAAP revealing it had collected more than 10,000 qualified leads on behalf of clients in the first few days of the exhibition.
