TAAP aids Renault experiential campaign
Renault used the real-time OnTAAP Data Capture product on cellular connected PDAs to collect and fulfil brochure and test drive requests instantly for prospective customers of its Twingo car.

Yell.com, the online service from Yellow Pages, has launched netReach, an advertising syndication product designed to benefit both online media owners and Yell.com's advertisers.
Using the real time OnTAAP Data Capture product running on cellular connected PDAs, Renault was able to collect and fulfil brochure and test drive requests instantly for their prospective customers.
The product provided by TAAP has been used successfully by Renault for over two years.
The data capture application eliminates the need for paper: no more lost data, no more deciphering of hand writing, no more re-entering data and most importantly no more potential customers waiting for details.
The OnTAAP Data Capture application allows operators to capture contact information, featuring a postcode look-up facility; type in a postcode and select the correct address that is returned.
TAAP's Nearest Dealer functionality allows an operator to advise of a Nearest Dealer according to the customer's postcode.
Once saved, the data is sent in real time allowing brochures to arrive on door mats the next day or, if an email address is supplied, an "e-brochure" will arrive at the in-box within 10 seconds.
Test Drive requests are sent straight to the local Renault dealerships from which a call will be made in 24 hours confirming the customer's model of interest and arrangements for their test drive confirmed.
The OnTAAP Data Capture application offers the freedom to add questions which aids the definition of clients, requirements, buying patterns and catchments area of a dealership.
