Strongmail integrates Message Studio with SAP CRM

Strongmail has announced that its e-mail marketing solution - Message Studio - is being integrated with the SAP customer relationship management (SAP CRM) application.

The company said that by integrating Strongmail Message Studio with SAP CRM, customers can leverage enterprise-grade e-mail marketing capabilities, including sophisticated campaign management, high-volume delivery and advanced targeting.

By using the solutions together, customers can use their SAP CRM data within Message Studio to identify their most influential and profitable customers and automate relevant marketing programmes.

Programmes can be based on key events within the customer database, web analytics data, purchase activity, or other relevant data attributes.

Strongmail said Message Studio offers customers complete control over their campaigns, and the integration with SAP CRM will provide marketers with real-time access to their data for creating timely, relevant and personalised campaigns that facilitate customer loyalty and engagement.

The company's in-depth campaign reporting also provides marketers with access to critical success metrics for measuring return-on-investment, including conversion rates and revenue generation.

Strongmail is now a member of SAP Ecohub, a community-enabled online marketplace that makes it easy for customers to discover, evaluate and purchase solutions that complement their SAP applications.
