Strongmail Influencer harnesses social media power
Strongmail has released a new version of Strongmail Influencer, featuring integration with the company's Message Studio e-mail marketing system.
According to Strongmail, the combined solution will enable direct marketers to deploy next-generation e-mail referral campaigns that leverage the full power of social media.
Strongmail Influencer's integration with Message Studio automates the insertion of social media marketing into new or existing e-mail campaigns and enables real-time performance tracking alongside e-mail metrics.
Additional enhancements to Influencer include new data registration APIs to transfer response data to a customer relationship management (CRM) system or other back-office applications for remarketing purposes, optional toolbar campaign deployment to eliminate landing page coding, and updated fraud detection for improved gift and reward management.

Strongmail Influencer also features gift and reward functionality to streamline and manage fulfilment, triggered reminders to keep participants informed of progress towards offer goals, and fraud detection technology to flag and/or suspend suspicious claim activity.
