Quatro is perfect match for everyday print jobs

A Sappi Europe product story
Edited by the Marketingservicestalk editorial team Aug 13, 2007

Sappi is introducing Quatro, a multicoated woodfree brand providing a straightforward selection of papers for regular day-to-day print applications.

The new brand, which supports Sappi's existing coated fine paper range, is available in sheets and in reels for sheeting, both in gloss and silk surfaces.

Basis weights are from 115 - 250g/m2 for Quatro Gloss and from 90 - 250g/m2 for Quatro Silk.

"In our everyday lives we are all surrounded by perfectly matching items and the same way Quatro offers you the perfect match for your everyday print job", said Brand Manager Sari Mattila.

"We developed Quatro to offer our customers an attractive value proposition - the product has been well received in several continents and we are now rolling out the brand also in Europe".

Quatro is being supported by a multilingual folder containing full product details for both surfaces, as well as practical printed samples for the major paper weights.

The four colour, A4 samples unfold to A2 format and depict close-up images of everyday matching items such as coffee in a coffee cup, salt and pepper mills, and a toothbrush and toothpaste.

The printed samples, produced under normal commercial print conditions, reveal the essence of the brand - reliable print and press performance for day-to-day applications.

Sappi is the world's leading producer of coated fine paper.

Its brands include Magno, HannoArt, Quatro and Royal graphic papers, as well as Algro, Leine and Parade speciality labelling and packaging papers and boards.

Customers in more than 100 countries worldwide specify these for the highest quality publishing, promotional and packaging applications.

The papers are produced in mills accredited with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and EMAS certification and Sappi is the first paper company in Europe to hold chain-of-custody certification for its entire European operations under both the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) schemes.
