A Spirit Displays product story
Edited by the Marketingservicestalk editorial team Mar 30, 2007

Imageco Visual Imaging, based in Leeds, recently produced and installed the largest SpiritFlex banner in the UK to date.

The 10m x 13m graphic forms part of the rebranding of the National Media Museum in Bradford.

This huge banner, designed by local agency Thompson Design, dominates the main facade of this prominent landmark.

Installation of the aluminium frame system and banner took just one day and demonstrates the savings in time and labour costs for such large banner projects.

Matthew Newlove of Imageco said: "Using SpiritFlex was a very cost-effective method of installing a banner of this size and we are impressed with the final result".

SpiritFlex is a versatile banner tension system for installing all types flexible substrates.

Projects range from huge outdoor building wraps to smaller retail displays and murals for leisure centres.

The banner does not require any finishing offering a further cost saving.

Tolerance factors are built into the system too, which means sizes do not need to be exact.

The aluminium framework can be cut to fit any rectangular size or even polygonal shape and changing graphics is a simple procedure, requiring no special tools, clips or clamps.

Alistair Weight of Spirit Displays was on site with Imageco in Bradford and said: "Even though the system is easy to use, we support our clients fully by attending many installations: this provides them with additional confidence in our products and services".
