Spencer du Bois bolsters ethical offer
Third-sector branding specialist Spencer du Bois has appointed Diana Gayle to lead the agency's expansion into the ethical sector.
Diana Gayle joins Spencer Du Bois from the Fairtrade Foundation where she project managed the launch and development of non-food programmes Max du Bois, executive director, Spencer du Bois, said: "Diana just blew us away with her insights into the ethical sector; her passion and her drive make her a natural choice." "She will be a great asset to our team and we are looking forward to having her on board." Boxer wins Fabric Warehouse business

She worked with clients to assure that their strategy, marketing planning and compliance were aligned and shared a common vision with the organisation and that the non-food programmes were in line with the foundation's overarching campaigning, communications, certification, media and policy objectives.
She took a lead role in the research, analysis and development of the foundation's strategy for the non-food sector including the management of senior level stakeholder engagement nationally and internationally with campaign groups, NGOs, funders, government and the media.
She had a key role in supporting and raising the profile of Fairtrade to promote its roles and work within the broader areas of ethical trade, corporate social responsibilities and sustainable development.
Prior to the Fairtrade Foundation, Gayle worked in the campaigns department of Oxfam where she managed regional public communications around trade, education and conflict.
She studied Humanities at the University of Brighton and has a Msc in Development Studies from the University of London's School of Oriental and African Studies, where she specialised in the role of corporate responsibility and ethical business.
Gayle said: "Spencer du Bois is a great offer - expert, creative, friendly and ethically sound; I'm really looking forward to using my understanding of how to manage complex stakeholder engagement in the CSR and green arena, to help increase clients' credibility, market recognition and profitability.".
