Space selected to launch Nivea sampling campaign

A Space product story
Edited by the Marketingweek Marketplace editorial team Sep 11, 2008

Space has been appointed by Nivea to launch a sampling campaign for its Pearl and Beauty deodorant.

The agency will help raise awareness, and encourage trial of the product.

The campaign will be launched on 11 September, and will last for seven weeks.

It will be rolled out across several major shopping centres throughout the country, including Bluewater, Manchester's Arndale Centre and The Mall at Cribbs Causeway.

NIVEA will distribute 470,000 samples of the deodorant to females (aged 15-24).

Space has developed the creative, which is based on the NIVEA proposition of glamour and indulgence.

The stand will work as a fashion flip chart with three panels.

The consumer will be able to stand behind with friends, mixing and matching different style options.

Space said the use of vibrant and contemporary colours will help to give the stand greater fashion appeal, maximum impact and encourage face-to-face interaction with the brand.
