Multi-channel marketing solution supplier Smartfocus has been selected by Myprotein.co.uk to develop a long-term e-mail marketing and customer insight strategy.

The online sports-nutrition company chose the Smartfocus marketing solution to deliver stronger e-mail marketing campaigns, better understanding of key purchasing groups and customer behaviour, and improved marketing performance.

Smartfocus will work with Myprotein to develop an ongoing programme of service improvement that will deliver targeted campaigns and improved customer insight.

The integrated platform approach will enable Myprotein to improve targeted campaigns, identify and cater for key purchasing groups and improve campaign deliver.

As the company grows, additional functionality will be integrated into the Smartfocus software as required.
