SmartFOCUS grows Asia Pacific presence

SmartFOCUS, an international vendor of enterprise marketing software, has grown its presence in the Asia Pacific region with the recruitment of partners in Japan, Taiwan and India.

The appointment of BrainPad, Bitech and Cequity follows the establishment of smartFOCUS Asia Pacific in April 2007.

BrainPad specialises in customer data integration, data mining and optimisation.

Its services include data mining outsourcing, consultancy, automated campaign system development, and behaviour based real-time web recommendations.

BrainPad's customers include Accenture, American Life Insurance Company, Amway Japan, Fuji Xerox, Hakuhodo, HMV Japan, McDonalds Japan, Microsoft Japan, NTT DoCoMo, Orbis, Softbank BB, Toppan Printing, Recruit and several major Securities houses.

Takafumi Kusano, CEO, BrainPad, said: "To optimise the performance of campaigns, it is essential that marketing is accurately targeted.

Bitech Solutions from Taiwan has over ten years' experience in business intelligence and corporate performance management.

The company will provide all smartFOCUS products and support them with training and consultancy.

Bitech will also offer marketing event analysis and management, with smartFOCUS tools available for use in such projects.

They also help optimise spend by using customer information effectively, identifying the best customers and offers that deliver ROI and manage campaigns efficiently, thereby maximising marketing programmes and investments.
