Graphic displays promote property sales
Graphics and site hoarding specialist 4site is working with Ashwell Homes to promote property sales at the Blenheim Place development in Ipswich.
Essex-based 4site Implementation, the high-quality graphics and site hoarding specialist, is helping Ashwell Homes to promote the sales of new properties at the Blenheim Place, Ipswich, development.
To facilitate this, 4site has undertaken all the graphics and design work for the development and installed the promotional displays plus the company's Halo modular hoarding system, which combine together to operate as highly visual sales aids for the properties.
4site designs, manufactures and installs the complete marketing solution for customers who want to cut the hassle of dealing with several suppliers.
The company's range of products and services extends from the first 'yellow directional sign' that potential customers see at the roadside, through to the presentation of the site and even to the furniture in the marketing suite - not to mention vehicle liveries as wel.
David Reeson, marketing director of 4site, said: "Our design, production and fitting team has an enviable pedigree in producing creative and cost-effective answers to a multitude of design and promotional challenges for building developments.
We have expanded even more on this, by offering enhanced services to the many developers where there are requirements for design and displays, site hoardings, exhibition stands, graphics and the like.
In fact we even help with the design and printing of their sales brochures.
Commented 4site technical director Paul Brand: "We supplied Ashwell Homes with our Halo modular hoarding system, complete with graphics, which can easily be relocated from site to site or phase to phase on a building development.
This enables real cost savings for our clients.
The Halo system was admirably suited to Ashwell's site requirements," said Roisin Magill, marketing manager of Ashwell Homes.
"The 4site company was able to provide a co-ordinated 'designer' feel to our development.
"4site's brief was to transform a relatively unwelcoming site approach road into a warm and welcoming transit road for prospective purchasers of our properties.
Their staff undertook this utilising their well-tried skills and expertise, with an innovative use of mesh banners and graphics plus their revolutionary Halo hoarding system, providing an attractive mix of both the traditional and new-style.
"Their graphics played a major part in welcoming customers to view our properties and enabled us to have a highly successful launch weekend.
