Sign-Up.to has won The Cable and Wireless Award for Customer Focus category in the 2007 National Business Awards regional programme for the South East.

Presented with the accolade at a glittering ceremony and gala dinner at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London, Sign-Up.to beat off stiff competition from finalists Cattles Invoice Finance, TAC Europe and Zoology The company now advances to the November finals of The National Business Awards

Sign-Up.to develops and delivers self-service web-based applications for small and medium-sized businesses.

Its applications allow organisations to easily run their own permission-based email and mobile marketing campaigns, helping them to grow their businesses by getting the right message, to the right person, at the right time.

Sign-Up.to's awards success is attributed to its practice of putting customer service rather than price down as its differentiator in the marketplace.

Unlike most web-based software companies, it provides free telephone support, has no queuing systems and customers get straight through to somebody who can solve their problem.

Customers also have access to the direct contact details of the firm's CEO and are actively encouraged to provide feedback on every aspect of its service.

The company cites the biggest testament to its success as being that over 60 per cent of its new business comes from customer referrals and that its annual churn rate is less than one per cent.
