Anyone attending Call Centre Expo and it's parallel event, Customer: Strategy and Management, at Birmingham's NEC can attend expert seminars hosted by sponsor Sitel.

Throughout Wednesday 26 September, global business process outsourcing company Sitel has invited several high profile partners including Datamonitor and LMUK, providers of the Nectar card scheme, to co-present briefings on key topics affecting the contact centre industry.

Presentations are expected to cover IP telephony, contact centre virtualisation and optimisation, profitability and brand adoption.

These free sessions are ideal for anyone in the contact centre industry who is interested in outsourcing or offshoring its customer management requirement.

Taking place in Hospitality Suite 17 at Hall 7, the seminars will commence at 10am with a 'state of the nation' address by Sitel's president EMEA, Dale Saville, and Alex Kwiatkowski, lead analyst at Datamonitor.

The purpose of these sessions is to inform but also spark lively and thoughtful debate on the subjects presented and all speakers are available for questions from the floor.

Refreshments will also be served for delegates keen to energise themselves in good company.
