Partnership to host Pittcon media relations course

The Scott Partnership is to present a short course entitled 'Using the Media for Effective Communication' at Pittcon 2009 on 11 March at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago.

The course will focus on a range of topics including defining business objectives, effective online marketing, driving web traffic, developing and implementing key messages, reaching target audiences and campaign strategy.

It is predominately aimed at marketers, manufacturers, distributors and service providers targeting laboratories and scientific companies and the Scott Partnership welcomes anyone looking to learn about business-to-business media relations.

The interactive course will draw on examples and case studies from the Scott Partnership's public relations experience.
