The Business Performance Network has been launched to encourage Yorkshire companies to face the challenge of improving productivity.
Andrew Fawcett, Head of Products and Services for Kingston Communications, will also address delegates, revealing how tools and technology have enabled the Hull-based company to compete with multinationals such as BT.
Badger said: "Business performance must be managed constantly; it is an ongoing process of knowing and motivating staff, and giving them the tools to deliver to the very best of their ability.
"The Business Performance Network will give Yorkshire businesses a step up; not only is it a chance to network and share ideas, it is a chance to find other regional companies to partner to achieve the desired results".
Steve Hull, chief executive of Sawfish Software, which is sponsoring the event, said: "Yorkshire businesses are increasingly competing on a national and international stage; the Business Performance Network will encourage business leaders to drive performance levels up, using technology and other means available to them in the process.
