Sawfish Software has developed a document management system within its SalesFlow Business Process Management software so relevant documents can be linked to each sales enquiry.
With numerous enquiries often stemming from one client, staff would previously have had to search through a centralised client file to find the relevant documentation for the individual sale being managed With the SalesFlow document management system, the relevant files are attached to the workflow for the individual sale, and are immediately accessible by anyone progressing the account
