RT is stengthening its focus on the creative output of the company's projects, pushing the boundaries of creativity while safeguarding the brand message and values of its clients.

RT Marketing has appointed its first Creative Manager, Jon Murfitt, to oversee the creative output of the company's projects.

David Spicer, Director of RT Marketing, commented: "The role of creative design in delivering successful events has become increasingly central - the need for the brand to be at the heart of the customer experience and to stand out from the crowd is paramount.

"Bringing the creative design process in-house will allow us to take control of this vital element and ensure that it is integrated into projects seamlessly from planning through to delivery and evaluation.

"Jon brings with him over a decade of commercial experience in graphic design, and we're thrilled to have found such an experienced Creative Manager to help us take our business forward and continue to deliver original and inspiring work." Prior to joining RT Marketing, Murfitt was a Director of Hive, a successful design agency working with clients such as Scottish Courage, Motor Insurers Bureau and MCI.
