RPM voted top experiential agency to
work for
Experiential agency RPM has been listed in the top 50 of the Sunday Times' Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For, for the third year running, making it the highest ranking experiential agency.
In addition, the agency won "Best Development of Agency Talent" at last week's Marketing Communications Consultants Association (MCCA) "The Best Awards", the premier awards programme for integrated marketing communication agencies RPM were ranked 50th in what was the Sunday Times biggest competition to date, with 513 companies battling it out for a place in the elite top 100, 163 companies more than last year

RPM's 78-strong team of staff proved some of the happiest in the UK out of the 32,000 plus surveyed.
They enjoy rising to the challenge, saying they love their job (87 per cent score) and find their work stimulating (81 per cent).
Leadership also featured highly, with managing partner Hugh Robertson receiving a top 20 score of 86 per cent for running the organisation on sound moral principles.
Staff also find him inspiring, with an 89 per cent score for this question.
Robertson commented: "Our staff's well-being continues to be a major priority for us, and it's reassuring to see this being recognised and appreciated by the people that really matter".
He added: "Winning the MCCA's Best Award is a very welcome industry tribute to our efforts and achievements in this area".
Other particular areas of excellence cited for RPM are that managers are approachable (83 per cent), express appreciation (80 per cent) and that staff are listened to (78 per cent).
Group training and team-building days nurture the family environment people feel (85 per cent), and working at RPM is good for personal growth (84 per cent) and that there is room for growth in the company (73 per cent).
