Midlands firms can apply for a scheme run by the Rowan Group that slashes up to 40% off the cost of fees for sales and marketing activity to help them improve their business performance.

Sales and marketing specialist the Rowan Group has access to a business support subsidy to provide companies with hands-on advice and support.

The subsidies of up to 40% of the cost of activity will be available to companies in the Midlands region specifically for business growth and diversification projects starting within the next two months.

Support is available for any suitable business generation project, but places are limited due to the fund's popularity.

Rowan specialises in helping companies across the Midlands to improve their sales performance and become more successful.

Because of the company's reputation and expertise, it has been able to ring-fence funding to offer this one-off opportunity.

"We are looking for companies that need to grow but do not have the expertise, the skills or the time to make the most of their sales opportunities," said David Owen, director at Rowan.

"We can provide the advice and the hands-on support at 40% less than the usual rate because of the extra funding we have access to.

"With grant funds scarce at the moment, this is an excellent opportunity for companies to grow sales or get their diversification projects off the ground with expert practical help from us".
