Ring2 Conferencing, the world's first audio-conferencing company to offer remote control of calls from a mobile device, has expanded into the retail sector by signing up Somerfield.

The company won Frost and Sullivan's 2006 Entrepreneurial Company Award in audio-conferencing for its pioneering work in mobile remote control.
