Website adds colour to ColorMatrix's
global brand
Award winning-digital agency Rippleffect has completed the first phase of a new website for ColorMatrix as the colorant and liquid technologies provider aims to strengthen its global brand.
Based in Berea, Ohio, ColorMatrix searched the globe for a digital agency to streamline its online presence to help improve usability, web design, brand alignment across six continents, site flexibility, product sales and personnel recruitment Rippleffect was selected due to its ability to deliver a total solution including back and front-end website development

The new website colormatrix.com went live in December after three months of design work.
It features a list of ColorMatrix's global locations, company news, product and services information, a user-login area and careers section to assist personnel recruitment.
Andrew Binns, business development manager at Rippleffect, said: "The new website is vibrant and aesthetically pleasing website, which more accurately communicates the quality of ColorMatrix's colorants online.
"The CMS has the capacity to accommodate future web-facility updates and provides the company with an efficient method of centrally managing its online presence across the globe".
Rippleffect has commenced work on phase two of the web development project, which involves a secure site featuring a colorant colour matching system and online ordering facility.
Phase two will be completed in May 2008.
ColorMatrix specialises in designing and providing liquid colorants and additives to the thermoplastics, extrusion and injection moulding industries.
Rippleffect was founded in November 1999 by managing director Ben Hatton.
The digital agency employs over 40 staff at its offices in Liverpool, Manchester and London.
In 2007, Rippleffect developed a range of e-solutions for companies and organisations including Revolution Vodka Bars, Total Fitness, Everton Football Club, Mercedes-Benz, the Odyssey Arena in Belfast, the Communication Workers Union, the UK's biggest trade union Unite as well as a number of schools throughout the UK rolling-out online pupil registration, reporting and e-learning.
Rippleffect is ranked by Deloitte in the top 60 fastest growing new media companies in the UK and in the top 250 in Europe.
Ben Hatton and Rippleffect have won industry awards including; the Best Website category (Everton FC) in the 2004 Daily Telegraph Business Awards, Entrepreneur Magazine's New Media Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2004 and 2005, and the North West Business Insider Magazine's Entrepreneur Year award in 2006.
In addition, Rippleffect has been shortlisted for client work in awards including the Big Chip, New Media Age Effectiveness and the Daily Telegraph Business Awards.
