Aerial Eye in the sky with overhead photography
Aerial Eyes is using bird's-eye perspectives to provide businesses with a new form of promotion - overhead and aerial photography.
The Dresden-based company uses specialist equipment to take images from heights of up to 15 metres.
The service can be used for event photography, road accident investigations and roofing surveys.
The firm, formed in April, has already worked on a number of projects, including the Stoke City bus tour in May and the Douglas Macmillan Hospice's Midnight to Sunrise Walk in July.
It also provided elevated shots for the Reeds Rains estate agency in Longton to help it sell properties.
Mike Rawlins, managing director of Aerial Eyes, said: 'Our service is popular with estate agencies because our images give them an unusual perspective.
'Reeds Rains requested aerial shots for one client because they had a steep garden with a swimming pool at the bottom, which could not be seen from the house or on a normal photo.
'Our images solved that problem and improved Reeds Rains' chances of selling the property.' Rawlins added: 'Aerial Eyes' system has also been used to help a Manchester social club improve security and eliminate burglaries and vandalism.'.
