The third edition of Europe's leading email marketing and database management event on 19-20 June in London will provide valuable insights into the future of the industry.

Inbox/Outbox 2007, Europe's leading Email Marketing and Database Management event, will take place on 19 and 20 June at the New Connaught Rooms in Central London.

The third edition of Inbox/Outbox is poised to provide valuable insights into the future of Email Marketing and Database Management to an audience of 800+ commercial and public sector professionals in central London.

Most experienced marketers know that all the design and copywriting skills in the world will not help if the message never reaches its intended destination.

By some estimates, more than a quarter of legitimate marketing emails are incorrectly identified as spam by server- and client-level spam filtering.

The inevitable result for marketers is lower open and click-through rates, fewer conversions and less revenue.

The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) estimates that around 25% of all bulk email is not delivered and one of the objectives of their purposely set-up Email Council has been to consider ways in which legitimate email can be guaranteed delivery.

The DMA has chosen Inbox/Outbox as the platform for launching their new Deliverability White Paper, coupled with two special keynote sessions, presented for the first time to cover the following.

The latest developments for Email Deliverability, providing an overview of the hows and whys, together with practical tips to help marketers overcome the these everyday challenges (Day One Keynote).

Email Best Practice, offering an overview of the eagerly awaited DMA Guidelines, ensuring that marketers not only adhere to the law, but also maximise the Email channel (Day Two Keynote).

Inbox/Outbox is designed to address the full range of marketing and management issues surrounding inbound and outbound email communications, including generating and analysing email marketing campaigns and related databases and ensuring compliance with the latest legislation.

A modular programme of free educational seminars follows a similar format on both days of the event - giving delegates two chances to attend and select sessions of their choice.

Keynote sessions include the following.

The Information Commissioner's Office update on data protection and new legislation.

The DMA unveils the latest thinking on deliverability and email best practice.

Butler Group goes beyond email, exploring communications for the next generation.

Mesmo Consultancy offers advice on predicting human behaviour and email interaction.

ESPC explores how to balance email security with legitimate commerce.

Ferris Research presents the key trends to look out for over the next five years.

Spam Wars II: Making ISPs Accountable - interactive debate with industry experts.

In addition to a wide range of high-level keynote sessions, delegates can also create their own bespoke itinerary on practical issues such as: Top Tips for Email Marketing - Increasing Retention Rates, Reduce Campaign Costs, Improve Customer Satisfaction and Maximise ROI; Next Generation Email Marketing - Targeted, Relevant, Personalised; Living the Brand - Using Email Policies to Extend Customer Service throughout the Enterprise; The "What, Why, How, When and Who" of Sender Authentication PLUS many more.

Comprehensive Exhibition Area: One-stop-shop for Decision Makers.

A co-located exhibition and networking area will showcase the latest email marketing and management solutions from many of the world's leading technology suppliers - creating an unmissable forum for learning and taking direct action.

Key participants include: Barracuda Networks, BSG, C2C Systems, CommuniGator, Commvault, Computer Associates, Creatormail, Doubletake Software, EMC Corporation, Essential Computing, Etelligent, Excitor (DME), Exclaimer, Face Time, Galleon Systems, Google, H2 Systems, Lightspeed Systems, Europe , Marshal, Message Hub, Messaging Architects, Mimecast Services , Pixalert, Research In Motion (BlackBerry), Techland Group (ArcMail) and many more.

All delegates to this year's Inbox/Outbox are invited to visit our free Consultancy Clinic for one-to-one advice on email issues from our keynote speakers, including the DMA, Ferris Research, Mesmo Consultancy and many other industry experts.
