The Colloquy is a corporate venue located on the Herefordshire Welsh borders that provides a setting for conferences, meetings, training and management courses or business hospitality events.

The venue combines a rural setting with modern meeting facilities, and each stay is tailor-made to suit each company's individual needs.

Situated on the Whittern Estate on the outskirts of Lyonshall, the converted Victorian stable block and carriage house includes many original features, such as cobble floors, porcelain-tiled corridors and a stable clock bell in the walled courtyard.

There are five flexible meeting rooms available in the property that can suit a variety of event styles and formats.

The Parley is suitable for up to 16 delegates and can be used for roundtable board meetings through to theatre-style presentations.

The room houses a full media centre including an HD cinema screen, wireless router and broadband internet.

The Discourse can be adapted for a range of meetings, from presentations, board meetings, sit-down meals or standing receptions.

The room comes with a plasma television with Scart connection.

The Tack room has a more relaxed feel and seats up to eight for an informal meeting, with Sky Plus television and sofas.

The Clock View looks out into the cobbled courtyard and seats up to eight for an informal meeting.

The Whisper is said to be ideal for more private gatherings, situated upstairs among the timber beams.

It seats up to six for informal meetings.
