Users of TMS telemarketing software can now benefit from a new feature for call recording, which comes at no extra cost and needs no extra equipment.

The recording capability is available in both the Windows and browser TMS applications so calls can be recorded for home workers and automatically sent to the server Not only does the system save on disk space by compressing the files, it also only saves those calls with certain call outcomes

By linking the recording directly to the relevant history record in the database it can be played back by both local and remote users.

The TMS software systems are designed for telemarketing and are therefore much more suited to the task than standard CRM software.

With a huge range of configurable functions, the systems are as much suited to telemarketing agencies as to in-house outbound departments ranging from one to 50+ users.
