Volume Exhibitions, organiser of the Promotional Marketing Exhibition, has announced an exciting visitor promotion, thought to be the first of its kind in the UK exhibition industry.

Visitors in the SIC categories related to the industry who pre-register and visit the exhibition will be entitled to two free flights to one of six European cities: Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, Madrid, Frankfurt or Nice The Promotional Marketing Exhibition is the UK's largest showcase for promotional, incentive and motivational products and services and the next one will be held at Olympia, London, on 15-17 April 2008

Simon Tilley, MD of Volume Exhibitions, said: "Our exhibition is at the hub of this dynamic industry, therefore it makes sense for us to use the tools of the trade and offer an incentive and reward to those who pre-register and visit".

Other promotions are being planned, many in conjunction with the major names that are already booked for the show.

However, Ian Allchild Chairman of Volume Exhibitions, said: "Although we are delighted to have so many major names at the show, we are also working with other niche-market exhibitors and will have a range of incentives and rewards as befits the industry's major exhibition".

Debenhams, Marriots, pandmm, Filofax, Sony, TLC, Russ Berrie, Prodir, Suttons Seeds and Sandford (Waterman, Rotring, Berol, Parker Pens) are among the major names already booked (many taking larger stands).

Bookings have been received from Asia and mainland Europe, with serious enquiries from Australia too.

Latest bookings include Tomato Source, Ulster Weavers, Storm Graphics, Crystal Impressions, Oldeani and Bedlam Puzzles.

The British Promotional Merchandise Association, The Institute of Sales Promotion and The Va are all supporting the show and will all have modules in The Industry Forum, which has evolved from the successful seminar programme of 2007 and will be a major feature of the show.

Visitors are to be allowed to put forward intricate questions prior to the show to allow the knowledgeable panel to undertake research where necessary, although impromptu comments and questions on the day will also be welcome.
